Farruko – Pepas (Letra/Lyrics)
The grill that they have, if you like to cook, is amazing, we did fish and meat and it came out great. It also has a built-in stove so you can cook something in a pan at the same time.
We had an incredible weekend, the caravalu, super cuka, we had everything we needed, peace, relaxation … we slept great, with a cool … Juan Carlos attended us super well, we solved all the doubts that we arose, in short, a 10, good luck with the project and we will return!
On the outside it does not give you a good image, but inside it is very good. You have to take into account what it is, a caravan, and for what it is, it is very well distributed. The views in spring are phenomenal towards a flowered field with horses grazing.
La Plata, Diomedes Díaz – Official Lyrics
For a better understanding, we will start from the premise that all Kobe beef comes from the wagyu breed, but not all wagyu beef can be called Kobe, according to the rules dictated by the Japanese government to which we referred before.
Our wagyu cattle, although of 100% Japanese origin, are born and raised on our farm in Vizmalo (Burgos), with the same special conditions that characterize the rearing of Kobe beef, but the official regulations do not allow us to call it Kobe beef, nor do we need to!
The real differences between wagyu and Kobe beef originate exclusively in Japan and, contrary to what many people think, are administrative rather than biological or culinary. There are four types of wagyu beef, and only one of them, the Tajima, is a candidate to become Kobe beef, after slaughter and if it meets all the specifications required by the denomination of origin seal.
Also known as akaushi or red colored beef. After several crossbreeding, it was certified as a Japanese native breed in 1944. This type of cattle breed is characterized by low levels of fat compared to the black breed (Tajima).
